The plan looked clear.
Then reality happened.
Camino is an operator-led, AI-enabled consulting practice. We help leaders diagnose the gap between strategic intent and ground-level reality, then build a practical path forward.
The Signal
When important work is stuck and the real cause is not yet clear.
A plan can be thoughtful. The team can be capable. The budget can be real. And still, the work may not move.
Camino helps leaders understand what is happening on the ground before committing more time, budget, reputation, or attention to a solution that may not address the real problem.
The Outcome
A clearer decision. Less waste. A practical path forward.
The goal is not another polished deliverable. It is a decision-ready understanding of what is actually happening, what is blocking movement, and what must be true for the strategy to work.
Operator Judgment
A strategy only matters if it can work in the real world.
Camino is led by Jose Rivera Font, a global operator with three decades of experience turning new ideas, technologies, and market opportunities into businesses that can launch, grow, and perform.
His approach is practical: understand the business model, clarify how it will create and capture value, build the partnerships and operating system around it, take it to market, and improve it as it scales.
He built and monetized Yahoo! Hispanic Americas across U.S. Hispanic and Latin American markets. At Sony Pictures Television, he built advertising-supported and subscription streaming businesses across Latin America, including Crackle, as well as TV Everywhere and video-on-demand platforms. He later led international expansion for Roku and worldwide marketing and user growth for VIDAA, Hisense’s smart-TV operating system. Earlier, he launched Aquafina nationally for the Pepsi-Cola Company and helped Diageo turn a growing global portfolio into U.S. channel growth.
That is the judgment Jose brings to Camino: not simply evaluating a plan, but understanding what it will take to make the business model work in practice.

The Entry Point
Start by telling Camino what is stuck.
Share the problem, the decision it is affecting, and the timing. Camino will review the information personally and let you know whether a conversation would be useful.
If there is a fit, Camino may recommend a Ground Reality Diagnostic: a focused, paid engagement that clarifies the real problem, examines the available evidence, identifies the friction behind it, and defines a practical next step.
